The service

AawazAI is provided by GenCrafter Technologies Private Limited as two products. The business app lets you record transactions by voice, text or document; the app proposes an entry which you confirm, keeps your books, produces invoices and prepares reports and GST summaries. AawazAI for CAs is a workspace in which a chartered accountant uploads client documents, reviews the AI's extraction and reconciliation, and files returns with their own GSTN credentials.

What it isn't

The business app doesn't file GST returns. Neither product provides tax or legal advice or replaces a chartered accountant's judgement. Reports and summaries are prepared from the entries and documents you confirmed; reviewing them, and pressing Confirm & File in the CA workspace, remain your responsibility.

Your responsibilities

• Confirm each entry only when it's correct. What you confirm is what is written.
• Keep your phone number and device secure; one-time codes sent to it are how you sign in.
• Use the service only for your own lawful business records.

Plans, tokens and payments

AawazAI for CAs is sold as a monthly or yearly plan at the price shown at the time of purchase, exclusive of GST, payable through Cashfree; it may be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period. In the business app, AI features use tokens. Tokens are bought as a monthly pack (which expires at the end of its validity) or as a top-up (which doesn't expire). Prices are shown in the app before you pay and are exclusive of GST. Payments are processed by Cashfree. You may cancel the monthly pack at any time; tokens already credited remain until they expire. Tokens aren't refundable except as required by law or where we fail to deliver the service paid for.

Your data

Your business records are yours. You may export or delete them from the app at any time. Our privacy policy describes what we collect and how it's processed.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, and we describe its guarantees on the trust page. The service is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
