Correct GST bills, and everything your CA files from
The right document at every sale, the e-invoice and e-way bill when the law asks, and the returns data in the formats CAs use. Your CA files, the app never does.
In the business app
Correct bills now, CA documents at month end
The right document at the time of sale, the e-invoice IRN and e-way bill when the law asks for them, then GSTR-1 as portal JSON, Excel and PDF, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9 summaries, registers and the CA pack. The app doesn't file returns or pay tax.
Your CA's part
Your CA files, from your books
Your CA gets every document in the format they already use and files on the GST portal with their own login. A CA who wants one workspace for every client can use AawazAI for CAs, a separate product.

Which document is your customer supposed to get?
Most billing mistakes happen here. The app decides for you; try the rule.
Your GST registration
Where the buyer is
The app would issue
Tax invoice
GST shown as CGST + SGST, split equally.
Buyer's GSTIN and registered name filled from the GST registry.
Document type from your registration
Tax invoice, bill of supply or cash memo, from how you're registered. No phantom GST on a cash memo.
Place of supply → CGST/SGST or IGST
Same state splits into CGST and SGST; another state gets IGST, read from the buyer's GSTIN.
HSN and rate from your catalogue
Each product carries its HSN and date-effective rate; new items get a suggestion you confirm. Try the HSN finder.
GSTIN, looked up once
The registered name and state are fetched once, stored and reused on every later bill.
Inclusive or exclusive, exactly
“GST milakar” keeps the gross exact, “plus GST” the taxable value, and preview and bill never disagree. GST calculator.
E-way bills
Generate, update the vehicle, cancel or fetch a copy, from chat.

Prepared by AawazAI for review, not filed
Why it holds up
The GST numbers come from a real ledger
Every sale and purchase is posted to a double-entry journal, with the tax on its own accounts.
Output tax and input tax are accounts
So GSTR-3B is a report over the ledger, not a side spreadsheet.
Credit notes reverse the tax
A return mints a credit note, reverses output tax and shows in GSTR-1 as CDNR or CDNUR.
Cancelled bills keep their serial
A voided invoice stays in the sequence and drops out of the return.
Corrections are reversals
A wrong bill is reversed and re-issued, so the return always reconciles to the books.
Questions
GST questions, answered plainly
Does AawazAI file GSTR-1 or GSTR-3B for me?
The business app doesn't. It prepares GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9 summaries, the GSTR-1 portal JSON and Excel and the registers, and your CA files. CAs on AawazAI for CAs file from their own workspace with their own credentials, and nothing is submitted automatically.
Which GST document will my customer get?
A tax invoice if you're regular, a bill of supply under composition, a cash memo if unregistered. You can also ask for a specific one in chat.
How does it decide CGST/SGST versus IGST?
From the place of supply: same state gets CGST plus SGST, another state IGST. The buyer's state comes from their GSTIN.
Where do HSN codes and GST rates come from?
From your product catalogue; new items get a suggested HSN and rate you confirm. Rates are date-effective, so last month's bill uses last month's rate.
What if I am not registered for GST?
It works fully: your bills are cash memos without GST. If you register later, add your GSTIN in Settings.
Can I keep more than one GSTIN?
Yes. A business can hold several branches and GSTINs under one account, and each bill is stamped with the right one.
What does my CA actually receive?
GSTR-1 JSON and Excel, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries, a GSTR-9 summary, registers, credit notes, HSN summary, P&L, balance sheet and day book, in English. Find them under Reports → For your CA.
