Things worth knowing
- Names come from your own khata. "Mehta" is the Mehta Industries you already have; a new name creates a new party after you confirm.
- Quantities and lump sums are handled in code, not by the model. "Das ton TMT, kul 5,20,000" books ten tonnes and divides the total; the app never guesses a per-unit rate.
- Dates in words work. "Kal", "parso", "12 tarikh ko" are resolved to the right date before the card is shown.
- Payment mode is part of the sentence. Cash, UPI, bank or udhaar; say nothing and the app asks.
- "Plus GST" versus "GST milakar". Say which, and the bill keeps either the taxable value or the gross exact. Say nothing and your default applies.
- You can always say no. Edit the card, or tell the app it misheard. Nothing is written until you confirm, and anything written can be reversed.
The app follows one language per business, chosen in Settings, for chat, cards, errors and your invoices. Mixed sentences like "Sharma Traders ko two lakh forty thousand ka maal diya" are fine. Language and voice in the app.
