The service

AawazAI provides conversational bookkeeping, invoicing, document capture, reconciliation, tax computation and financial statement preparation. It prepares outputs for your review. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, audit or tax advice, and any filing with a tax authority or regulator is made by you or your accountant using your own credentials.

Your responsibilities

The information you give the service must be accurate, because your books are built from it. You remain responsible for reviewing entries, returns and statements before they are relied on or filed, and for the accuracy of your own tax positions and statutory obligations.

Fees

Subscription fees are as published on the pricing page, exclusive of applicable tax. Monthly plans renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal. Yearly plans are billed in advance for twelve months.

Your data

Your books remain yours. Ledger, journals, invoices, counterparties, items and filed returns can be exported at any time, including on termination, in open formats.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and correct, and we publish incidents rather than conceal them. Our liability is limited as set out in the full agreement, which governs your use of the service.

Governing law

The governing law and the courts with jurisdiction are set out in the executed agreement between you and GenCrafter Technologies Private Limited.
