What we collect

Account details such as your name, phone number and company details. The accounting data you create through the service, including journal entries, invoices, counterparties, items, tax registrations and the source documents you upload. Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To operate the service, keep your books, prepare your tax returns and financial statements, support you when something goes wrong, and meet our own legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your books with third parties except where you instruct us to, such as granting your accountant or auditor access, or where a subprocessor is required to deliver the product to you. We do not train third-party models on your accounting data.

Where it lives

Customer data is stored and processed in the region you choose, encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per customer at the database schema level.

How long we keep it

Accounting records are retained for the statutory periods that apply in your jurisdiction. You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your information by writing to admin@aawazai.com. We respond within thirty days.
