Pricing questions
Does my accountant pay separately?
No. On the Business plan one accountant seat is included at no additional charge. Firms that want the workspace across every client are priced separately under Enterprise.
What counts as an entity?
One legal entity with its own ledger, functional currency and tax registrations. A group of five companies is five entities, priced with volume terms.
Can I add or remove entities during a month?
Yes. Billing is prorated to the day, so a new entity added mid-month is charged only for the days it was active.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on the Business plan. Enterprise engagements that involve migrating historical data from an existing accounting system are quoted as part of onboarding.
What do I need to connect before I can start?
Nothing. You can begin with conversational capture alone and connect bank feeds later, one at a time, as reconciliation becomes useful.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export it. Ledger, journals, invoices, counterparties, items and filed returns come out in open formats. Your books are yours, and a ledger you cannot take with you is not a ledger.
How is payment collected?
Through our payment processor, supporting cards, bank transfer and direct debit. Enterprise plans can also be paid by bank transfer against an invoice.
